Purchase problems

Great app, made a goal horn for my own school hockey team since they wont let us use the Panthers horn even tho we play in BB&T Center. I downloaded this on my iPhone and Im unable to restore my purchases as Ive already purchased PRO on my iPad. Please fix this.
